Who We Are
Gurugramrera was established in 2016 as a boutique real estate legal practice. When the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act was enacted in 2016, we saw both an urgent need and a tremendous opportunity — to build India's first law firm dedicated exclusively to RERA law.
Today, Gurugramrera has a team of 24 advocates and legal consultants operating across 19 state RERA jurisdictions. We have represented over 1,200 clients — builders, homebuyers, investors, and real estate corporations — in matters valued cumulatively at over ₹8,000 crore.
